Cookies and browser storage
Our own visit statistics use no cookies and write nothing to your browser. Only these two choices are kept in your browser (localStorage), and neither is sent to us:
- "kb-dil": your language, if you press the language button or close the language suggestion bar, so the site opens in that language next time
- "kb-onay": whether you pressed "Accept" or "Decline" on the cookie bar, so it does not appear on every page
Google Ads measurement (only with your consent)
We use the Google Ads tag to measure whether our ads work. It is loaded only if you press "Accept" on the cookie bar. If you decline or make no choice, the page does not connect to Google.
If you accept, Google measures whether you came from a Google ad and whether you pressed the WhatsApp, phone or booking button. For this, Google cookies are stored in your browser (for example "_gcl_au", up to 90 days). This information goes to Google, including servers outside Türkiye and the EU, and is subject to Google's own privacy terms. We do not allow it to be used for personalised advertising (remarketing).
You can change your mind at any time. Use the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page and press "Decline", and the Google cookies are deleted and the tag is not loaded again.
Visit statistics
We measure which pages are read and which buttons are used, on our own server.
What is recorded
- The page opened and its title
- Where the visit came from (for example Google, Instagram or an ad link). The ad click identifier itself is not stored, only the fact that the visit came from an ad
- Time spent on the page and how much of it was seen
- The type and short label of the link or button clicked, and where on the page the click was
- Device type, browser, operating system, screen width and browser language
- Approximate city and country derived from the IP address
- If the booking form was sent to WhatsApp, the chosen package and number of people
What is not recorded
- Your IP address. It is discarded once the city is looked up
- Your name, phone number, or the date and name you type into the booking form
- The text of your WhatsApp message
To group page views on the same day into one visit, we create a one-way hash from the IP address and browser details using a secret key that changes every day. The key is deleted every night, so the same person cannot be recognised the next day.
These statistics are not shared with any other company and no advertising profiles are built. Records are deleted automatically after 400 days. The city is looked up in a local database on our server (IP Geolocation by DB-IP), your IP address is not sent anywhere for this.
Server logs
Like every web server, ours keeps a technical log of requests (IP address, time, requested address, browser details). It is used for security and troubleshooting and deleted after 14 days.
Booking and WhatsApp
The booking form does not send what you type to our server. When you press "Send on WhatsApp", the prepared message opens in WhatsApp and you send it yourself. From then on, WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy terms apply. The phone link only opens your phone's call screen.
Third-party services
Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server. Unless you accept cookies, opening a page does not connect to Google or any other service. Google Maps and Instagram links only take you to those sites if you click them.
Where the server is
The site and our own visit statistics are stored on our server in a data centre in Germany (Hetzner). If you accept Google Ads measurement, that data goes to Google's servers.
Your rights
Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698, Article 11) and, if you are in the EU or UK, under the GDPR, you can ask whether data about you is processed and request its correction or deletion. Because visit statistics are not linked to your name or phone number, it is usually not possible to single out one person's records. For requests and questions, contact us on 0546 414 00 89.
Changes
If we add Meta (Facebook, Instagram) ad measurement or any other tool, we will update this page first, and it will also only run with your consent.
