Our forest rides range from an easy 30 minute trail for first-time riders to a two-hour trail ride deep into Belgrade Forest (Belgrad Ormanı) for experienced riders. Every ride is guided.

The ride starts at the farm in Uskumruköy, Sarıyer, and follows dirt trails along the edge of Belgrade Forest, the large protected forest north of the city. The 30 minute beginner ride goes at a gentle pace with the guide close by the whole time.
Experienced riders can choose a livelier 30 minute forest ride, or the 90 to 120 minute Belgrade Forest trail ride that heads further into the woods. After the ride you can stay for breakfast at the horse farm, and you can compare every option on our horse riding prices in Istanbul page.
The trail is dirt, so wear closed, flat-soled shoes.

We match each rider with a suitable horse based on height, weight and experience, for the safety of both horse and rider. Limits depend on the horse and the route, so please mention them when you book on WhatsApp.
